Tittle Goes Here

All services at Lifeline Psychiatry are offered in a private pay model. No insurance plans are accepted. However, patients can take Superbill after the appointment and file for reimbursement with their insurance plans. All patients are advised to verify with their insurance plans for out of network benefits before making an appointment. Lifeline Psychiatry is not able to provide any information about reimbursement amounts by individual health insurance plans because it is dependent on individual member benefits.
